These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the Aiybiz platform, available at aiybiz.com.

Aiybiz develops, operates, and makes available artificial intelligence agents for businesses and professionals ("Clients").
By using the platform, the User accepts these ToS in the version in force at the time of access, without reservation. Users must be at least 18 years of age or a legally registered entity.
Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete information. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities occurring under their account. Any suspicious or unauthorised use must be reported to Aiybiz immediately at support@aiybiz.com.
Aiybiz provides Clients with specialised artificial intelligence agents by business function (finance, development, sales, human resources, etc.). These agents are developed, operated, and maintained directly by Aiybiz.
Agents may integrate with third-party tools used by the Client (as listed on the platform), subject to the Client expressly authorising each connection.
Aiybiz uses all reasonable means to ensure the quality, security, and availability of its agents. The platform is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance operations and events beyond Aiybiz's control.
Access to Aiybiz agents is subject to a subscription, the terms of which (price, duration, number of included sessions) are set out on the platform's Pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Aiybiz does not store full credit card details. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the chosen frequency unless cancelled in accordance with Article 10.
Aiybiz reserves the right to modify its pricing with reasonable notice communicated by email or via the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of new pricing constitutes acceptance.
All elements of the platform (interface, design, code, AI agents and their architecture, content, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Aiybiz and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Aiybiz grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the service in accordance with these ToS.
Generated outputs: subject to full payment of subscription fees, Aiybiz grants the Client a non-exclusive licence to use the results produced by the agents for their professional or personal purposes. As the legal status of AI-generated content continues to evolve, this licence is granted within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Promotional licence: the Client authorises Aiybiz to mention their name and logo as a commercial reference, unless the Client objects in writing.

Aiybiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in breach of these rules, without notice or refund in the event of a serious violation.
As an operator and deployer of artificial intelligence systems, Aiybiz commits to complying with its obligations under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, in particular regarding transparency, human oversight, and risk management, according to the classification applicable to each agent.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and Aiybiz's Privacy Policy, available on the platform.
Aiybiz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Its liability for direct damages arising from a proven malfunction of the platform is limited to the total amounts paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Aiybiz shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, loss of revenue, or commercial harm resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
These limitations apply exclusively in the context of business-to-business (B2B) relationships. They do not apply to damages caused by Aiybiz's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Aiybiz may modify these ToS at any time. Modifications are notified by email or via the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund is made, unless otherwise required by law.
Aiybiz may terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these ToS, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
These ToS are addressed exclusively to professionals (legal entities or natural persons acting in the course of their professional activity). Consumer protection law does not apply.
