Payments are processed by Stripe. Aiybiz does not store full credit card details. We process transaction identifiers, payment history, and Stripe account identifiers.
When a user connects a third-party tool to the platform (e.g. GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, etc.), Aiybiz agents may process data from these tools (emails, files, calendars, tasks, etc.). The user explicitly authorises each connection. Aiybiz acts as a data processor under the GDPR for such data. The privacy policies of the relevant third-party publishers apply to their own processing activities.
Interactions with AI agents may be recorded in order to provide the service, ensure security, and improve the platform.

All service providers are selected based on their ability to provide appropriate GDPR compliance guarantees.

Aiybiz implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, and alteration, including: encryption of data at rest and in transit, per-company data isolation, access control, and logging of sensitive events.
