This Privacy Policy describes how Aiybiz collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of its artificial intelligence agents platform.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Aiybiz does not store full credit card details. We process transaction identifiers, payment history, and Stripe account identifiers.

Platform Usage Data

  • agents viewed
  • sessions with agents

  • IP address
  • browsing data

Data from Third-Party Integrations

When a user connects a third-party tool to the platform (e.g. GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, etc.), Aiybiz agents may process data from these tools (emails, files, calendars, tasks, etc.). The user explicitly authorises each connection. Aiybiz acts as a data processor under the GDPR for such data. The privacy policies of the relevant third-party publishers apply to their own processing activities.

Data Related to Interactions with Agents

Interactions with AI agents may be recorded in order to provide the service, ensure security, and improve the platform.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • creating and managing user accounts
  • providing the AI agent service
  • managing payments and billing
  • operating and maintaining the platform
  • managing authorised third-party integrations
  • fraud prevention and security
  • improving the service
  • complying with legal obligations

  • Performance of a contract: use of the platform and provision of services
  • Legitimate interest: security, service improvement, fraud detection
  • Legal obligations: accounting, fraud prevention

  • Railway (hosting and infrastructure) — United States
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • publishers of third-party integrated tools (depending on connections authorised by the user)
  • analytics and monitoring tools
  • public authorities where required by law

All service providers are selected based on their ability to provide appropriate GDPR compliance guarantees.

7. International Data Transfers

Some technical service providers are located outside the European Union, including Railway (United States) for hosting. Aiybiz ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy decisions.

8. Data Retention

  • User account data: for the duration of the account's activity, then 3 years after the last activity
  • Billing data: up to 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations
  • Technical logs: 12 months
  • Agent interaction data: limited period necessary to provide the service, unless otherwise required by law

9. Security

Aiybiz implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, and alteration, including: encryption of data at rest and in transit, per-company data isolation, access control, and logging of sensitive events.

10. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.

11. Cookies

The platform uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service are placed without prior consent. Refusing non-essential cookies does not result in any degradation of access to the service. Preferences can be changed at any time via the cookie management banner.
