Aiybiz is a platform enabling businesses and professionals ("Clients") to access artificial intelligence agents developed, operated, and maintained directly by Aiybiz.
Aiybiz is the sole publisher of the agents available on the platform and assumes full editorial and technical responsibility for them.
Payments made through the platform are processed via Stripe. Aiybiz invoices its services on a subscription basis as described in the Terms of Service.
All elements of the Website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, AI agents, databases, software, and structure, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the French Code de la propriété intellectuelle (Articles L.111-1 et seq.).
The artificial intelligence agents available on the platform are the exclusive property of Aiybiz.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Website or its content is prohibited.
Aiybiz uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability, security, and quality of the platform and its agents.
